Cancellation procedure:
You may cancel your service subscription by simply submitting a written request to our customer service team. The request must include your name, contact information, and a valid reason for cancellation. You can also cancel your subscription through your registered account on our website.
Refunds:
If you cancel your subscription within 24 hours of signing up, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request.
Non-Refundable services:
Please note that certain services provided by DigitALL may not be eligible for refunds. These include, but are not limited to, personalized consultations, customized packages, and any other services that require upfront costs. When signing up for these services, you will be notified of their non-refundable status.
Missed Appointments:
If you miss a scheduled appointment for any reason, the fees for that appointment will not be refunded.
Termination of Services by DigitALL:
In the rare event that DigitALL is unable to fulfil its obligations towards a customer, we reserve the right to terminate our services. In such a case, the customer will be eligible for a full refund for any unused portion of their subscription.
